Many customers are changing their telephone service from Verizon to Cablevision Optimum Voice or other internet based telephone services. Please be aware that once the changeover has been made, your alarm system must be tested to assure that it was connected properly to the cable modem.
A monitored security system is highly regarded by insurance companies. If you have not notified your insurance company that you have a monitored security system, please do so.
